From your business details
to your first enquiry.

Four steps to get Traden working around your business.

  1. Set your business rules

    Start with your business details and usual services. Choose how each service is handled, then add your working area and hours. Extra guidance is optional, and you can add more later.

  2. Review, create your account and verify

    Check your saved setup, then create your account and verify your email address. Your seven-day trial starts when the account is created. Each account currently has one business login.

  3. Connect your messaging

    Connect WhatsApp Business or Outlook using your provider account and its permission screens. WhatsApp needs an existing WhatsApp Business account and supports one connected number per Traden account. Manage booked jobs in Traden's built-in calendar.

  4. Let AI handle enquiries

    Traden sends suitable replies automatically and asks for missing job details using your business rules. Use the saved customer and job details to prepare a quote, arrange work and create an invoice.

    Needs You

    Questions needing your judgement are flagged as “Needs You” with the customer context. Traden may still answer unrelated routine questions using verified information while your decision is pending. Automatic replies stop when the customer asks for a person, you take over, or automation is paused. You can review the context and respond yourself.
