Yes. Traden replies to suitable enquiries using your business profile, working rules and the conversation so far. It asks for missing job details and keeps the conversation moving. When your input is needed, it hands the conversation over and pauses automatic replies.
When does it hand a conversation to me?
Traden flags conversations that need your attention, including a customer asking to speak to you, a complaint, a safety concern or a payment that needs checking. You get the conversation and job context so you can decide what to do next.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp and email?
You can connect Outlook accounts. WhatsApp uses Meta’s supported business connection, which has its own account and number requirements. The setup guide takes you through the available connections.
Can I change the quotes and invoices?
Yes. Known customer and job details fill in automatically. You can edit the wording, prices, items and terms, preview the document and go back to make changes before approving it.
Does it work on my phone?
