# Traden

> Traden is an AI assistant for UK trade businesses. It automatically replies to suitable customer enquiries using your business rules, hands conversations over when you're needed, and keeps customer details, quotes, jobs and invoices together.

Traden is designed for sole traders and small trade businesses. Its AI uses saved services, pricing rules, working hours and coverage area to reply where it can help and gather job information. Suitable automatic replies send without individual approval. Conversations that need the business owner's input are handed over as "Needs You". Owners can edit drafts, write their own replies, pause automation or take over a conversation. Traden's built-in calendar helps organise booked jobs.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Traden Core from signup. No card is required and the trial does not convert automatically into a paid subscription. After the trial, users can choose Traden Core at GBP 49.99 per month, including VAT where applicable. Meta's WhatsApp messaging charges may apply separately. Review checkout before confirming a paid subscription.

Setup starts with an account and a business profile, followed by the relevant messaging connections. Traden's AI helps with the enquiry; customer records, quotes, jobs and invoices keep the work together as it progresses. WhatsApp requires an existing WhatsApp Business account and provider permissions. Each account supports one business login and one WhatsApp Business number; separate team logins and multiple WhatsApp numbers are not currently offered.
